Our school is an Independent Public School located in the vibrant community of Hammond Park, south of Perth, in the City of Cockburn. We proudly cater for students from Kindergarten to Year 6, providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child is supported to achieve their personal best.
At Hammond Park Primary, our motto "Learning Together Every Day" reflects our belief that education is a shared journey between students, staff, families, and the wider community. Our dedicated team of educators work collaboratively, guided by evidence-based practice and a commitment to high expectations, to ensure every child is challenged, supported, and celebrated.
We take pride in fostering creative and critical thinkers who are resilient, respectful, and responsible. Through our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework, students are explicitly taught the values of Be Safe, Be Responsible, Be Respectful, and Be a Learner, which are embedded into every aspect of school life.
Our specialist programs in Music, Visual Arts, Physical Education and Auslan (Years 3–6) enrich learning and provide opportunities for students to explore their passions and talents. Students also have access to a wide range of co-curricular activities, including music ensembles, interschool sports, art exhibitions, and community events.
